Life Coaching for Men · Certified by Tony Robbins

Successful on the outside.
But where do you really stand?

You've achieved a lot — from the outside, much of it looks perfect. But inside, you feel an emptiness, a lack of meaning. I help men find their way back to themselves and feel purpose, fulfillment, and happiness again. We work on your health, your relationships, and your mission.

Does this sound familiar?

You're functioning. But do you feel empty?

Work is going well — but inside, you're often somewhere else, instead of truly present.

From the outside, things look right — yet you sometimes feel distance in your relationship.

Sometimes it feels like you're going in circles, without knowing exactly where to.

Appointments, obligations, responsibility — there's little room left for yourself.

Every now and then, you wonder what you're actually getting up for in the morning.

Friends, parents, children — relationships that matter to you could use more depth.

Who It's For

Which men is this coaching the right path for?

Leadership & Responsibility

Executives & Entrepreneurs

Men who've achieved a lot professionally, yet feel something is missing inside.

In Relationships

Men Facing Relationship Challenges

Men who feel distance or recurring conflict — and want to grow close again.

At a Turning Point

Men in Transition

Career change, separation, midlife — phases where old answers no longer hold, and new clarity is needed.

More Than Functioning

Men Who Want to Feel More

Men who don't just want to function, but to live again with energy and direction.

Fatherhood

Fathers in Transition

Fathers who want to realign their role as father and partner — more present, clearer, without losing themselves.

Ready to Look Closer

Men Ready for Honest Reflection

Men who sense that change begins with honest reflection — not quick answers.

My Method

First understand, then change.

My approach is based on Tony Robbins' life coaching methodology. We don't start with advice, but with an honest assessment of where you stand — before we look together at which steps really fit you. Less theory, more of what actually works in everyday life.

1

Diagnostics

Wheel of Life

A structured assessment of the key areas of your life: where do you really stand — compared to where you actually want to be? The Wheel of Life reveals what often gets blurred in everyday life.

Human Needs Analysis

According to Tony Robbins, every behavior follows one of six fundamental human needs. Which ones are really driving you — and which are currently sabotaging your goals, your relationship, or your health?

2

Goal Clarity

01

What do I really want?

Beyond "you should" — your own, honest goal.

02

Why do I want it?

The power and motivation behind the goal — your "why".

03

How do I get there fastest?

The concrete strategy — no detours, no years-long process without direction.

3

Three Focus Areas

Health

Physical & emotional

Energy, vitality, and mental clarity as the foundation for everything else. Without health, no relationship and no mission can be sustained in the long run.

Relationships

Partner · Friends · Parents · Children

Your intimate relationship as well as your relationships with friends, parents, and children. Real connection instead of merely functioning.

Mission

Career, calling & finances

What you get up for in the morning — professionally and financially. Does your path truly carry you, or are you the only one carrying it?

My Story

For a long time,
I was just functioning.

“Relationships don't show us what's wrong with the other person — they show us what still needs to heal within us.”

For many years, my self-worth was tightly bound to what I achieved. Career, responsibility, a family with three children — from the outside, it looked like a good life. For a long time, I searched for happiness outside myself: in the next success, the next goal. Inside, I felt what that meant in the long run — a deep emptiness, constant exhaustion, and eventually a real crisis in my relationship. Physically, too, I was at a point many people know: overweight, exhausted, out of touch with myself.

That time was uncomfortable.

Since then, I've done a lot of work on myself — moving away from emptiness, stress, and pressure, toward more fulfillment and balance. No longer just doing, but being again. Back to my true self. I still love setting goals and working in a performance-oriented way — but no longer to define my worth or seek outside validation, rather out of fulfillment and joy.

Today, I'm glad to pass this path — from pressure and emptiness to fulfillment and happiness — on to others, among other things through working together on the Big 3: health, relationships, and mission. Because when you feel not only physically but also emotionally healthy, when you have relationships in which you feel accepted and loved, and you put your energy into something that gives you a deeper sense of meaning, you've laid the foundation for a fulfilled life.
